Cake Pop Maker - Margarita Cake Pops
Prep the ingredients.

Whisk together 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbsp. tequila, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. lime zest.

Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt in a separate bowl.

Start incorporating the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Whisk until well combined.

Plug in the cake pop maker to preheat it. Transfer the batter to a piping bag. Fill the holes with the batter, to just below the top.

Close the lid and bake for about 4 minutes. Repeat until batter is gone.

To make the glaze, whisk 2 cups powdered sugar with 2 tbsp. tequila and 4 tsp. lime juice until smooth.

Dunk the cake pops into the glaze to coat them.

Sprinkle with sea salt and lime zest. Then insert a treat stick into the center of each cake pop.
