Camel Pose Variations!
You will need your props! A bolster, 2 blocks and a chair

Option 1: seated on a chair bring the hands to the low back

Option 2: in your chair, bring the hands to the sides to deepen the backbend

The next variations are kneeling! So you can add a blanket under the knees for extra comfort

Option 3: while kneeling, bring the hand to the low back and find a gentle backbend

Option 4: bring the hands to the seat of a chair to have support and control over the backbend

Option 5: bring a bolster on top of the calves to bring the ground closer to your hands

Option 6: bring the blocks to outside of the feet and find your camel pose! The blocks help you to bring the ankles closer to the hands
