Camembert Apple Dutch Baby
Add eggs to a medium bowl and whisk.

Whisk well until smooth. Set aside while you start the apple and onions.

Sauté onions until very soft and starting to colour. Add thinly sliced apple.

Add thyme leaves.

Add a pat of butter and melt.

Re-whisk batter and pour into pan.

Top with sliced Camembert.

Bake at 425F for 20 minutes.

Serve topped with fig jam and sprouts or baby arugula.
