Beat eggs into a fluffy mixture

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces

Place biscuit chunks into casserole bowl (single layer, use larger pan if needed)

Pour mixture over biscuits (turn biscuits over to be sure they are coated well)

Use just enough mixture to coat biscuits, mixture should be half way biscuits in pan

Cover with foil and bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Biscuits after 30 min baking, remove foil

In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, softened butter, pancake syrup, + chopped walnuts

Sprinkle brown sugar topping over biscuits, place back in oven at 350 degrees and bake an additional 15 min.

After 15 min, check casserole for doneness. (use a toothpick to stick in casserole, if it comes out clean it’s done) Let casserole rest 15 min.
