Canned Peaches with Honey and Cinnamon
1/2 Bushel of Peaches

Clean Canning Jars

Hot Water Bath and Boiling Water Pot

Boil Peaches for 2 minutes. Immediately put peaches in cold water (stops the cooking process).

After boiling peaches, the skin is easy to remove and cut into preferred size.

Take 9 cups of water and 1 cup of honey. Bring to a boil.

Put cinnamon stick at bottom of jar. Fill with peaches.

Pour honey water in jars. Leave 1/4 headspace. Wipe rim before putting lid and rings on.

Put jars in hot water bath for 30 minutes (cover with lid).

Take jars out of bath after 30 minutes.

Let jars cool and allow to seal. Do not touch for 24 hours.
