Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars
Gather the ingredients

Crust: 2 cups flour & 1/2 cup packed brown sugar & mix together. Cut in 1 cup softened butter

until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly into a 9x13 grease pan. Bake 15 min. at 350F

Cheesecake Filling: 3 pkg cream cheese, softened, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Beat cream cheese & sugar, add 1 egg at a time & vanilla. Stir to combine & pour over warm crust.

Apples: 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored & finely chopped.

Stir together chopped apples, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon plus

Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture.

Streusel Topping: 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup quick cooking oats

& 1/2 butter, softened. Combine topping and sprinkle over the top. Bake 40 minutes.
