Caramel Apple Oatmeal
Bring 2 cups water to a boil. Stir in 1 cup oats. Lower heat and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Melt 1 tbsp vegan butter. Add 2 diced apples and sauté.
Whisk together: 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp tahini, 1 tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt
Stir the sauce into the apples. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Stir 1 tbsp tahini, 3 tbsp hemp hearts and a pinch of salt into the into the oatmeal.
Top with the sauce. Add walnuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
