Caramel Cornflake Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Firstly, get all your ingredients weighed out

Then beat the melted butter, caster sugar, light brown sugar, eggs & vanilla together till smooth

Then mix in the plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt to make a dough

Finally, mix in the cornflakes and chopped dark chocolate

Then leave this to chill in the fridge for 2 hours

Once chilled, roll into 12 balls

Then make a ‘cup’ shape in the palm of your hand with each ball

Fill with caramel sauce and press the dough over and around to encase the caramel in the middle
8
Until you’re left with balls again! Chill these for 20mins

Then bake and enjoy!
