Pop popcorn. Measure 4 cups.

Melt 1/4 cup of butter over med-low heat.
Stir in 1/4 cup brown sugar.

Cook over low heat for 4 minutes without stirring.

Stir in 1/2-1 tsp vanilla. Cook for 1 more min. If it starts to smoke, remove from heat.

Stir in 1/4 tsp baking soda.

Remove from heat. Stir in 4c of popcorn.

Spread evenly on to parchment lined cookie tray. Allow to cool. Enjoy!
