Cut open a cardboard paper towel tube

Cut two strips the same width, however wide you want your bracelet. I used 1/2”.

Mod Podge the outside of one strip and the inside of the other. Press together.

Cover the full bracelet with Mod Podge. Let dry 15-20 minutes.

Cut fabric into strips about 1/2” wide

Cover the bracelet with Mod Podge and wrap fabric strips to cover all of the cardboard
