Combine caramels and cream, and cook until smooth.

Add melted butter to dry ingredients.

Pat half the dough into the bottom of the pan.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Sprinkle chocolates over the bottom layer...

...then pour on the caramel.

Sprinkle the remaining dough on top.

And bake another 15-20 minutes.
