Carnitas In Quick Cooker
Cut 2 lbs. pork tenderloin to 1 in. pieces.

Put pork in a bowl.

In a small bowl mix 1 Tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp cumin.

Sprinkle seasoning on pork and mix. Next add 1 Tbsp oil to the inner pot of the quick cooker.

Select sear and heat up for 3 minutes.

Meanwhile cut 1 red bell pepper in strips.

Slice 1 Large onion.

Then add 4 cloves of garlic.

Once oil is heated add pork to inner pot and cook uncovered for 3-5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Add veggies and 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. Lock the lid and select beef/pork. Adjust to 8 minutes.

When timer is up press cancel and press steam release button to manually release the pressure.

Heat up some corn tortillas to eat the carnitas on.

I added sliced tomato and sour cream.
