Carrot Cake With Walnut Cream Cheese Frosting
Peel the carrots.

Grate the carrots on a box grater.

Add the carrots and eggs to the mixing bowl.

Add vanilla bean paste, baking soda, and salt.

Add ground cinnamon.

Add the oil and sugar and stir to combine.

Add the flour and stir to combine.

Run the knife along the outside of the cake and invert it to a sheet tray.

Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer.

Add the powdered sugar slowly in batches and add vanilla bean paste.

Spray the cake pans with cooking spray. Cut parchment to size and place in cake pans. Add batter.

Add walnuts and stir to combine.

Remove parchment from the cake and place on serving plate. Add a single layer of frosting.

Top with remaining cake and frosting.
