1 Cup Of Dry Fruits
2-3 Large Black Cardamom Seeds
1glass Of Milk
Ghee
Use a non-stick kadai or a thick bottomed pan and add 2-3 tablespoons of Ghee

Add your choice of nuts and dry fruits

Fry them until slightly golden. Remove to a plate

In the same kadai add 2-3 more tablespoons of Ghee

Add the grated carrots 🥕

Add some more Ghee if required

Sauté them in ghee for 2-3 min

Add 1 cup of Sugar or as required

Sprinkle the Cardamom powder

Stir and cook until sugar dissolves completely

Garnish Carrot halwa with nuts. Serve Warm or Chilled with ice cream🍨
