Carrot Halwa/Gajar ka Halwa
What you'll need
250 g
Grated Carrots
250g
Sugar
1 1/2 litres
Milk
1/2 cup
Raw Cashews
1/2 cup
Raisins
4 Cardamoms
Cardamom Powder
2 tbsp
Ghee
Add milk to the boiling pan!I've used copper vessel here! Use a heavy bottomed vessel!

Add the grated carrots to the milk and continously stir the carrots with milk until it gets reduced

The milk has got reduced! Keep stirring for 30 mins until it gets reduced to halwa consistency!

Add 2 cups(250g) sugar & cardamom powder!

The milk has almost reduced and has thickened with the Carrots πŸ₯•! Looks and smells delicious πŸ˜‹

Carrot Halwa/Gajar ka Halwa Carrot Dessert is ready!

Saute the cashews and raisins in ghee until golden brown! Garnish the halwa with cashews and raisins
