Carrot Spice Muffins
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Gather your ingredients.

Grate the carrots.

Combine the dry ingredients.

Add the carrot to the bowl.

Coat the carrot in the dry ingredients. (This helps to keep it distributed evenly in muffins.)

Add the melted butter. And the water.

Crack in the eggs.

Add the yoghurt.

Mix until just combined.

Divide evenly into your 12 hole muffin tin. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes.
