Cast Iron Skillet Pizza
Combine 2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 cup warm water and 1 packet of yeast. Let rest 5 mins.

Add 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp oil and 3 cups flour to yeast. Knead for 5 mins.

Transfer dough to oiled bowl and let rise 30-60 mins.

Meanwhile, place skillet in oven and preheat to 500°F.

Roll out dough on floured surface to 1/8" thick to fit in skillet. Coat bottom with cornmeal.

Remove skillet from oven, spray skillet with oil, add crust and top with desired toppings.

Bake 10 mins until golden and bubbly.

Let rest for 5 mins. Remove from pan and cut.
