Cat/Cow Series - Chair Yoga
Hi! Let’s do some yoga!
Sitting on edge of your chair, place feet hip width. Close your eyes and breathe.

Set your intention, let go of the outcome and enjoy the journey.

Inhale lift the heart and open the throat for cow.

Draw navel in gently and round the spine for your best scary cat.
4
Keep breathing and moving allowing the breath to guide you.

When ready come back to center. Hands to heart and just breathe.
