First dice up 2 heads of cauliflower into bite size pieces

Add cauliflower to 6 cups of boiling water. Cook for 7 - 8 mins or until desired firmness.

Sauce: 1 blk of cream cheese, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1/2 cup heavy cream

Add cream cheese and heavy cream to wok. Once the cream cheese starts to cook down, add in spices.

Once sauce is ready, mix in the cooked cauliflower.

Add in your choice of cheese! I added 2 cups of colby jack and 1 cup of mozzarella. Combine together
