Cauliflower Shepherds Pie
Add half a cup of water, half a teaspoon of salt and one head of cauliflower, chopped, into deluxe cooking blender.

Turn the wheel and select heated purée setting and press start.

Preheat the broiler. Place oven rack 6-8 inches from heat source.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to Dutch oven heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add 2 pounds of ground beef and 2 tablespoons of three onion rub.

Break up ground beef with mix n chop cook for 7 to 9 minutes, or until no longer pink.

Grate two peeled carrots.

When beef is no longer pink drain excess liquid. Sprinkle quarter cup of flour over beef and mix.

Add grated carrots and mix.

Whisk together 1 1/3 cup of beef broth, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and a quarter cup of tomato paste in a medium bowl.

Pour mixture into pan simmer uncovered for 5 to 6 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.

Remove pan from heat and stir and 2 cups of frozen peas mixed together.

Poor cauliflower purée from blender on top of beef mixture.

Top with 4 ounces of shredded cheddar cheese.

Broil for 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.

Top with chives and serve.
