2 cups chakki wheat flour and salt. Approx 3/4 to 1 cup water. Mix and bring the dough together.

Knead until all of the flour is absorbed. Cover and let it rest for at least 30 to 40 mins.

Knead to a smooth dough. Divide into equal sized balls. I made 9.

Knead each dough ball into a smooth round balls.

Dip the dough ball in flour on both sides and dust the board too some flour. Roll to thin.

Place on hot tawa. Flip when you see bubbles. Flip again and apply ghee if you want. Flip and toast.
