Get together the ingredients Beef mince, onion, green chilli, spices, flour

Squeeze out max water from chopped onions

Put everything together and give it good mix

Add makki ka atta and mix

Mix everything well, keeping in mind mixing is the key for good kebabs

Once it's good well incorporated, refrigerate the mixture for an hour for best result.

take out the mixture and make kebabs using a little water on hand to shape them and fry till done

Enjoy with chutney and naan
