Charred Corn & Tomatillo Salsa
Sprinkle chili powder on corn and tomatillos. Grill until you get that char or blistering effect.

Let veggies cool. In mixing bowl add diced tomatoes, garlic, onion and jalapeño. Drizzle olive oil.

Add juice of one lime, mix well. The acid helps blend the flavors!

Add your tomatillos, corn, garlic chives, cilantro and mix!!

Add salt & pepper to taste! Chill for 30 min so all flavors marry!

Serve with chips, tacos, or top just about anything!
