When the time is up press the pressure release to release all of the pressure. Add your cheeses and stir. Add broccoli and stir, set pan to sear. Sear for 5 minutes until broccoli is tender. Then juice half of a lemon into the rice and mix. Serve with extra grated sharp cheddar cheese and enjoy!
