To warm milk add sugar, yeast mix well

Keep it for 10 mins for proofing

Mix dry ingredients flour, sugar and salt and give it a good mix

Add butter, eggs, and yeast mixture to dry ingredients. Knead to smooth dough

Apply butter and cover with cling wrap and keep it for an hour or 2

Prepare you baking pan. Preheat over to 350F for 20 mins

Push down the doug. Make 8 equal parts of dough.

Prepare you fillings according to ur taste.

Roll the dough to a flat roti, make 8 triangle. Place sausage and with light hands roll to shape

Cover and let it proof for second time for 30 mins

Apply egg wash

Sprinkle kalonje seeds and bake them for 12 to 15 mins or till u see golden brown colour on top

Apply butter to keep them soft
