Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Tikka
Wash the mushrooms well and remove stems

Take besan, yogurt

Salt, ajwain, chili powder, garam masala

Ginger Garlic paste

Mix and marinate for 30-40 mins

Stuff each mushroom with cheese

Grill with ghee on a hot pan for 10-12 minutes

Serve with green chutney!
