Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Cook the chopped mushrooms in a heated skillet.

Cook ground turkey in your skillet.

Add onion, garlic and yellow mustard.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Filling is almost ready!

Add cheddar cheese to the turkey filling.

How to roll these egg rolls. Lay one egg roll wrapper like a diamond.

Add filling to the corner closest to you. Add chopped pickles.

Lift the corner and wrap it around the filling.

Now, take the right corner and fold inwards.

Fold the left corner inwards.

Continue to roll towards the top corner forming a tight seal.

Using your finger, wet the top corner and the edges and finish rolling it.

You can freeze egg rolls too! Place on a parchment lined baking sheet & freeze for 30 minutes.

Put into a plastic bag and label it with the date and cooking instructions.

To cook the cheeseburger egg rolls in an air fryer: spray all sides with olive oil using a mister.

Preheat the air fryer at 370 degrees F. Cook for about 7 minutes, flipping them halfway.

Make the special sauce! Mix together light mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and dill pickle juice.
