Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Prepare your ingredients before you begin.

Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano & enchilada sauce.

Stir in shredded cheese until completely melted and well combined.

Divide the mixture among the tortillas. Fold closed.

Pour just enough enchilada sauce from a second can to coat the bottom of a large casserole dish.

Place the enchiladas in the dish and cover with the remaining sauce.

Sprinkle on extra cheese.
