Cheesy Garlic Wheat Bread

Mix wheat flour, sugar, salt, oregano, chilli flakes and activated yeast.

Knead dough. Add olive oil as needed. Leave one hour to overnight.

Next day! Good thick consistency.

Lightly fold the dough from sides. Cut into 2 parts.

Roll half portion into a thick roti. Spread garlic+ butter mix. Add your choice toppings & cheese.

Fold & wrap the bread. Spread butter. Sprinkle oregano & chilli flakes. Make cuts and bake at 400°F
