Cheesy sausage & Rice In The Quick Cooker
Place 2 tbsp of olive oil in quick cooker and set to sear

Once hot dump 1/2 a diced onion and a hillshire sausage in half moons into the hot quick cooker.

Stir and let cook until meat starts to brown

Once browned- add 1/4 beef stock

Use a wooden spoon to deglaze the pot buy scraping up the sticky pieces

Pro tip- rinse your rice to remove extra startch. This will prevent over cooking and sticking.

Add 1 cup frozen mixed veggies

Whisk together 1 can cream mushroom soup and 1 3/4 cup beef stock

Pour soup/stock mixture into quick cooker

Add rice- be careful to just submerge into liquid. Do not stir.

Put lid on and set for 9 min

Allow to naturally release for 3 min and then manually release the rest of the steam.

Remove lid, add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and stir in. Let sit for 10 min.

And another 1/2 cup and set lid back on for 5 min.

Tada! Dinner is done.
