Cheesy Spinach and Tomato Pasta Bake
2 Tb olive oil, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves

3/4 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

4 - 14 oz cans Italian seasoned tomatoes

Reduce then add 16 oz spinach

1/3 C fresh Parmesan, 1 lb cooked pasta

8 oz cubed mozzarella

2/3 C fresh Parmesan
