Cheesy Sweet Corn Muffins With Basil
Combine all-purpose flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking soda, salt, sour cream, milk, egg, and melted butter in a mixing bowl to create batter.
Add in fresh sweet corn, fresh chopped basil, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir to combine.
Divide batter between 12 wells of a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm with a smear of butter!
