Chewy Double Ginger Gingersnaps
Whisk together dry ingredients and set aside.

Add butter and brown sugar to mixer or bowl.

Mix until smooth, about 1 minute.

Add ginger paste (or fresh ginger).

Add flour mixture.

Mix just until combined. Cover and refrigerate dough 30 minutes.

Add turbinado sugar to bowl.

Scoop dough ball with cookie scoop or Tablespoon. Roll in sugar to coat.

Place 3-inches apart on parchment-lined baking sheet.

Use the bottom of a heavy glass to flatten balls to about 3/4-inch heigh.

Bake in preheated oven for 11-13 minutes.
