Chia Pudding (good For Keto / Low-carb)
1/2 cup
Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons
Coconut Oil (melted)
3 cups
Almond milk (unsweetened)
2-3 tablespoons
Sweetener (e.g., Monkfruit)
Add almond milk and sweetener to your blender. Pulse a few times to combine

Add melted coconut oil while blending so it doesn’t clump together.

Add chia seeds. Pulse a few times to combine.

After letting sit for 5 minutes, pulse again. Repeat this ~3 times until it has started to thicken

Pour into jars.

Refrigerate to fully thicken. It can stay in refrigerator for ~5 days.

Add toppings as you’d like (nuts and berries are great) and enjoy!
