Chicken And Dumplings
Chop celery.

Peel and dice carrots.

Dice one onion.

Dice potatoes.

Turn the instant pot on sauté mode and sauté vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add rotisserie chicken and chicken stock.

Stir and add salt and pepper. Seal with the lid.

Turn the valve to sealing and cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

To make the dumplings add flour to a mixing bowl.

Add making powder and garlic salt.

Add softened or melted butter and combine. Add milk and stir to combine.

Manually release pressure and turn on sauté mode.

Place dumplings into the pot. Leaving some room in between.

Submerge slightly. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
