Chicken & Veggies With Peanut Sauce
Wash & slice 1 carrot and 1 pepper. Stirfry veggies on medium-low heat.

In a bowl, add minced garlic, grated ginger, 20 ml of each soy sauce, & lime juice.

Stir in the sauce and 20 ml peanut butter to veggies. Melt the peanut butter.

Stir in 500g cooked slices of chicken. Heat through.

Serve over noodles or rice or in a wrap. Enjoy!
