Chicken Avocado Parmesan
Place panko on a plate and dredge the chicken cutlets into the panko on both sides.

Preheat a pan over medium heat and add oil.

Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on one side or until golden brown.

When golden brown flip the chicken to cook the other side.

When brown on both sides remove the chicken to a baking dish.

Sprinkle with salt and top with slices of avocado.

Top with tomato sauce and cheese and bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
