Heat oil & ghee and add sliced onions

Add the whole spices (Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom & Bay leaf) , green chillies slits

Saute onions till it becomes brown. Add chopped Tomatoes.

Add giner garlic paste, then Add spice powder ( mentioned in ingredients list)

Add curd & Chicken pieces

Add Coriander leaves & Mint leaves. Add Salt to taste. Mix everything well.

Check for seasoning, add more salt if needed. Pressure cook it for 1 -2 whistles.

Final step add the soaked Basmati rice to the chicken gravy

Pour 2 cups water & mix it gently.Close the lid & put the flame to medium-low. Cook for 2 whistle

When the pressure goes down, open the lid. Gently fluff up. serve hot and enjoy
