Prepare dredging station (egg wash & flour seasoned with salt & pepper)

Pan fry over medium heat in CAST IRON SKILLET

Cook 5 minutes until golden brown; flip & cook additional 5 minutes. Remove from pan

Add flour to pan drippings (equal parts flour & oil). Whisk for 1-2 minutes until thickened

Add 1-2 cups milk. Whisk for several minutes until thickened

Keep warm until ready to serve in the INSULATED BOWL
