Chicken Gyro Salad W/ Tzatziki
Lightly pound one chicken breast - approx 3/4 lb

2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp lemon, 1/2 tsp chili or paprika, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1 garlic clove, salt

Add marinade to chicken and pierce the chicken with a fork, marinate for half an hour.

Whisk 1 cup Greek yogurt, salt, 2 tsp lemon, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp dried dill, 1 garlic clove

Grate 2 small cucumbers and squeeze out excess liquid

Stir into tzatziki , adjust seasoning

Snip pita into wedges - toast or not upto you

Cook chicken medium heat, 4 minutes on each side

Rest for 10-15 minutes then slice

Layer chicken on top of the bread for optimal flavour! Add your favourite veggies & enjoy! Serves 2
