Let this cook for 15 minutes

Take off the skin of the tomatoes.

Smash the tomatoes into the liquid.

Add 1 tablespoon of Red chili powder and Garam masala. And half a tablespoon of chaat masala.

Let this cook for another 15 minutes.

Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt.

Add juice of one lemon.

Cook on high heat until the liquid is halfway evaporated.

Garnish with cilantro, ginger, and optional green peppers for extra heat.
