Chicken Kofta With Beans & Rice
Mince the onions, garlic and cooked white beans together

When they are completely fine add the parsley and the cilantro

Add the mix in a bowl then the ground chicken

Add salt , black pepper, curry , cumin and paprika, mix it very well so you can share it in a ball

By using the knife sharpener, shape your kofta

Or just make it as a flat ball

Then move it to the freezer for 10 minutes

After soaking the rice for 30 minutes , let’s make it

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then 3 tbsp of the soaked rice , stir it for a 5 minutes

Add rest of the rice 3 cups of water,salt,curry , paprika and turmeric, and let it boil in high heat

When it starts boiling low the heat all the way and cover it

In a grill pan or an oven pan, add some butter then your kofta

Flip them carefully, it is so soft , each side will take 5 minutes in a medium heat

Now it’s fully cooked

Now by using the foil make a small bowl and then add a tbsp of ghee

Add it in the middle of the pan then add the hot coal then cover it ( the perfect smell )

Rice is ready , the water completely dried
