Add the cardamom, clove, pepper, nutmeg, coriander, chilli, garam masala, almond flour & salt. Combine with water.

Blend the onion, garlic & ginger into a paste.

Fry the onion with cinnamon & bay leaves, then add the spice paste.

Add the chicken, then yoghurt then water and simmer for 30 mins.
