Chicken Lollipops from Drummettes

Using a nife to cut tendons. Peel, scrape and push the meat down to the stick end, from top to bottom making into a ball of lollipop shape.

Ready for coating

Mix the rest of the ingredients together and coat the lollipops

Coat the marinade on the lollipops

Place straight up in the oven dish

Place in the preheated oven (160 degrees) and cook 60 minutes
7
After 45 minutes it’s ready for plating
8
Place the chicken lollipops on a plate
9
Garnish with coriander
