Chicken Mushroom Skillet Dinner
Melt butter and add the mushrooms, onion and garlic

Stir well until onions begin to soften

Add rosemary, salt and pepper to the flour

Add the flour mixture to the diced chicken and mix

Cook the chicken until no longer pink in the middle. Transfer to a plate

Add butter and flour to the pan and stir

Add stock and wine and whisk

Place the chicken and mushrooms back into the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes
8
Garnish with fresh rosemary
