Chicken Parm Burgers

Panko Breadcrumbs

Hamburger Buns
Shredded Mozzarella
In a bowl, mix chicken, sauce, and seasonings together. Don’t be afraid to get messy, use your hands

Once mixed, even out in bowl and divide into 4 equal sections. Form patties roughly the size of buns

Combine the Panko and Parm Cheese on plate. Generously coat each patty in the Panko & cheese mixture

Place patties on a plate, cover with foil, and allow to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

Liberally coat a nonstick frying pan with olive oil and heat to medium. Place patties in pan

Pan fry burgers until crisp and done. About 7-9 mins per side. Drain them on a paper towel

Split and lay buns out on a baking sheet. Spoon tomato sauce over both top and bottom buns

Place burgers on bottom bun, spoon more sauce on burger, then liberally top with mozzarella cheese

Turn broiler to high, broil burgers & buns until melted and toasted. Less than 3 mins, keep watch

Top with top bun and enjoy! Fries seasoned with italian seasoning go well with these.
