What you'll need
Chicken Cutlets (thinner the better)
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese

Breadcrumbs
Vegetable Oil
Bread your cutlets: dip first in egg, then in bread crumbs.

Make your tomato sauce.

Fill a frying pan with about 2-3 inches of vegetable/canola oil.

Fry those cutlets: about 3 minutes on each side.

Coat the bottom of an oven safe Pyrex with tomato sauce. Add chicken, then more sauce.

Top with cheese, lots of it! Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
