3 c penne, 3 c chicken broth, 1/2 c cooking wine, salt & pepper; microwave 10-12 min (stir after 5 )

Grate 1 oz Parmesan cheese (in Deluxe Cooking Blender)

Stir in 2 cups cooked chicken and cheese
