Chicken Penne al Fresco - Deep Covered Baker

2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes & 4 cloves of garlic minced with the Garlic Press

Microwave for 4-5 minutes

3 c penne, 3 c chicken broth, 1/2 c cooking wine, salt & pepper; microwave 10-12 min (stir after 5 )

Grate 1 oz Parmesan cheese (in Deluxe Cooking Blender)

Grind setting for 20 seconds

Stir in 2 cups cooked chicken and cheese

Grate basil with herb mill and mix
