Slice 1/2 cup carrots with SIMPLE SLICER. Place in 1 QT MICRO-COOKER & cook for 3 min in microwave

Shred chicken with SALAD CHOPPER. Remove from pan & set aside

Melt 1/3 cup butter in ROCK CROCK, medium heat on stovetop. Add celery & onion, cook until softened

Add 1/3 cup flour. Stir and cook for 2 min

Add 1-3/4 cup chicken broth & 3/4 cup milk

Stir to combine. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened. Season to taste with salt & pepper

Add Chicken, Carrots, 1/4 cup peas, 1/8 tsp poultry seasoning, and a couple dashes hot sauce

Stir to combine

Top with 1 pre-made pie crust. Cut slits in the crust

Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes
