Mince 3 garlic cloves. Juice 1/2 of lime.

Peel & grate 1 T fresh ginger.

Add 1 T brown sugar, 1 T oil, 2 T soy sauce, 1 t turmeric. Whisk to combine.

Coat 1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins with marinade.

Mince 1 garlic clove & 1/4 t fresh ginger.

Add 3T peanut oil, 1/2c peanut butter, 1t brown sugar, 1T soy sauce, 1/8t cayenne pepper.

Crush handful of peanuts with food chopper.

Cut chicken tenders in half. Thread onto skewers.

Cook in Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie setting for 17 minutes.

Chop cilantro with herb shears.

Place cooked skewers on top of rice or cauliflower rice.
Top with peanuts & cilantro. Serve with satay sauce & lime wedges.
